How much do you remember about modes? Feel like your high school math education failed you? Want to play a slightly mediocre top down shooter to remind you how they work? Well then this is your game!

Controls are as follows:

wasd/arrow keys to move

left click to subtract, right click to add, hold to shoot continuously

spacebar to reset

In this game your goal in each level is to set the numbers you and your enemies represent to a specified mode. Add and subtract your enemies to complete each of the 10 levels, while racing to get the fastest time!

If you need a reminder on what a mode is, here goes. A mode is the most common number in a dataset. There can be multiple modes if the most common number is tied. For the purposes of this game you don't need there to be one mode, there can be multiple as long as your target mode is one of them.

A final note here, this game isn't great, especially for the time given to make this game. I procrastinated to much and the game suffered for it. Even if this game is dwarfed by all the talented people in this game jam who have no doubt blown me out of the water, i hope you can still manage to enjoy this game. Thank you for playing!

I am aware there's an issue with your aim not quite locking up to your mousepos, cant fix it in time for jam but i will after its wrapped up.

Art and code by me, music by my brother, special thanks to THUNDERLIGHT for always being with me while i am struggling.

Also this game is actually twice as hard as Bowsers Big Bean Burrito, and if you disagree you are nitpicking and biased i win bye bye.
